QPS, union working with federal mediator on contract

QUINCY -- The Quincy School District and its new wall-to-wall union are meeting with a federal mediator as work continues toward a new contract. Both sides met with Theresa Phillips with the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service on Nov. 9 and 10.
