Mediator's death, Army clashes will not affect swap deal

Optimism regarding the hostages' case fizzled out Thursday as the Army advanced on ISIS on the outskirts of the town of Ras Baalbek and reports that mediator Sheikh Mustafa Bohloq died of a heart attack while detained by Lebanese Army Intelligence.
